Cassandra Mol, CAT(C)

SPECIALIZING IN injuries, Soft Tissue Release (STR), Stretch and Exercises Prescription.  

Cassandra graduated from the Athletic Therapy program at Sheridan College in 2015. She is a Certified Athletic Therapist with the Canada Athletic Therapy Association (CATA) and Ontario Athletic Therapist Association (OATA). 

Cassandra has worked in a variety of settings from Retirement Homes, Colleges and Universities, and multidisciplinary clinics. She has worked with a wide range of athletes from children to varsity and collegiate to semi professionals. During her schooling she had the opportunity to work with Sheridan College Varsity Men Soccer Team, Toronto Rock Lacrosse Team, Kingston Panthers Rugby Club, and the Kingston Track and Field Club. Currently she is working with RMC in their athletics department as one of their Athletic Therapists. 

These experiences have allowed her to treat and rehabilitate clients of all ages and activity levels from children to elite athletes and weekend warriors. The experience has help shape her treatment approach and combined knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics with Soft Tissue techniques and exercises to help loosen muscle restrictions and correct muscular imbalances. She believes that having individual goal based treatments is the key to a successful rehabilitation. 

Since graduation Cassandra has continued to build on her skills by taking additional courses such as:

  • Soft Tissue Release Practitioner

  • Myofascial Cupping Practitioner

  • Dynamic Tape Practitioner

  • Precision Nutrition (Nutrition Coaching)
