Stephanie Collings, MScPT

Stephanie completed her Bachelor degree in Kinesiology at the University of New Brunswick where she worked as a Strength Center Supervisor, Personal Training and Group Fitness instructor all while attending school full time. After completing her bachelor degree, Steph pursued her education further by completing her Master`s in Physiotherapy degree at Dalhousie University in 2015. 

Steph is passionate about helping people recover from injury, reduce pain, improve mobility, and get back to doing the activities they enjoy most. With 10 years of physiotherapy experience, she takes a thoughtful, one-on-one approach to care, creating personalized treatment plans that support your individual goals.

After spending the past three years living in Belgium with her husband and two young boys, Steph is excited to be in the Kingston area and caring for the community she now calls home.

Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy with evidence-informed techniques, which may include joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, K-Taping, and individualized exercise prescription to support healing, restore function, and help you move with confidence.
