At Health in Focus, your sessions will always be 1-on-1 with a Registered Physiotherapist.

Every physiotherapy session will look different depending on each person’s individual needs. You and your physiotherapist will come up with a personalized treatment plan, incorporating clinical findings from your Initial Assessment, your goals, and appropriate treatment goals for best recovery.

At Health in Focus, we take an active approach to rehabilitation - prioritizing movement and exercise as our #1 treatment modality, assisted with patient education, manual therapy, joint mobilizations, taping, bracing, and activity modification (among others).

Your physiotherapist will always help you to develop the tools to optimize your health, and help you put in the work so that your body is functioning the way that you want it to.

Physiotherapy services provided by a Registered Physiotherapist are covered with most insurance plans.
