Zachary Moll, MScPT

Zack (he/him) completed a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University and went on to pursue a Master's degree in Physiotherapy from Western University (2020). His schooling provided him with the opportunity to work as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Sports Medicine Therapist for varsity athletics programs at the collegiate level.

Zack thoroughly enjoys listening and learning about what makes people tick. After completing a thorough initial assessment, he and his clients work as a team to create a customized rehab program focused on achieving goals that are meaningful for that person. He undertakes an 'active' treatment approach focused on movement-based therapy and supplemented with hands-on techniques to make progress at every session. Zack enjoys keeping up with new research and holds formal post-graduate training in the areas of minor traumatic brain injuries (CCMI) and young athlete rehabilitation (CALU).

Growing up in the GTA, Zack spent his summers playing soccer, and winters playing hockey while attempting to keep up with the piano all year round. These days, he stays busy by running along the K&P trail, cycling down Abbey Dawn Rd, and repeatedly picking up semi-heavy objects at the gym.

Zack appreciates the interconnectedness of the Kingston community and is excited to provide high-quality healthcare to its members.
